Tank worked great but make sure you shake all the plastic pieces out of the tank before you install it. I also installed a filter just to make sure any left over plastic wouldn’t get into my carb.
Was a snug fit but worked Lincon 90cc Chinese atv
Came fast and fit perfect...

The Arizona sun makes for some great dirt biking weather, but wreaks havoc on plastic if you leave your bike out to bake. A 6 year old Yamaha I recently purchased looked like it had spent every day out in it - the gas tank in particular was deeply oxidized and discolored. Looked downright shabby.Enter PC-1 Plastic Renew. I wasn't sure what to expect, but take a cue from the illustration: the results you get will completely depend on you working your way through the three provided sheets of sandpaper in various grits and cleaning up the finish yourself. If there is something you can wipe on and wipe off that will restore Yamaha's deep blue plastics this ain't it. You'll get down to bright, fresh plastic by removing what's in the way.Once you've gotten rid of the ugly and buffed out the sanding marks you can wipe on the milky top coat. Think of the plastic renew formula as a varnish that will protect the exposed plastic from further oxidation. A bottle should last for the life of several bikes; a little has gone a long way even though the directions recommend from 4 - 7 coats. The product insert also advises that my bike pants will abrade it off, and it'll have to be reapplied - I don't have enough rides on the treatment to attest to that. That said, my tank now looks like something that was cared for, a deep consistent blue with a smooth, shiny finish. Could I have gotten the same results with wet sanding and some 303 protectant? I doubt it.Just expect to spend plenty of time swinging that sandpaper.
It's okay..Sure if you sand enough, and transition to finer and finer grades, it will smooth out like advertised. But I came to the conclusion, the medium to deep scratches would take too much effort. The liquid puts on a little gloss, but it takes a lot of coats to build up, and it would be smoother with sanding between coats. In the end, I think if you want a good finish, it would be better to buy replacement plastic, than spend the time. However, if you have dull or faded plastic, and you want a little more gloss, you could just wipe the product on and be good enough.I was also thinking that spray can clear coat or bumper clear coat would give a smoother, glossier finish - if you are willing to remove or tape up the area.
This stuff works amazing. I wet sanded the crap out of a set of ATV plastics, and ended up putting like 12 coats of this stuff on with a foam brush, I didn’t really like the whole paper towel idea, I don’t recommend using the 220 grit or anything lower unless you want to spend forever sanding. 320, 400, 600 is what I did, some spots all the way up to 1000-1200 to get the surface super smooth before applying, make sure to CLEAN the plastics before, after and during sanding to assure when you are ready to use the solution there’s nothing on the surface.

This is a 60" Plastic Wear bar for use with WARN plow systems including the ProVantage plow system. Wear bar is constructed out of an ultra high molecular weight plastic and 3/4" thick. Reversible, just flip around when one side is worn, you get to use it twice. Saves wear on plow blade and...

My plastic wear blade arrived in less than a week (non-prime). The blade is as described on Amazon. The installation wasn’t hard but there is a story there. In preparation of installing the blade I gathered my tools, mainly a ratchet and ½ inch socket to remove my old wear blade. Next, I prepared to install the new plastic blade and noticed that the fasteners provided were metric – so off I went to find the right metric socket. Once the socket was found I was back at it. As others have described the holes in the plastic blade are round not square so that the metric carriage bolts don’t seat all the way. I’ll get to that in a bit. Some have complained that the holes in the plastic ware blade don’t line up with the holes in the steel blade. I have a Warn 54 inch ATV blade and I found that the holes were very close and I would recommend starting by installing the two outer bolts first. By starting with the outside bolts, I was able to push all the bolts in with my thumb. Now, what about those round holes in the plastic wear blade? I thought I could just bash the bolt heads with a hammer to get the square shank of the bolt to seat enough to then tighten the nut – wrong. I sat there for a few minutes thinking and then a light bulb came on. I got out a pair of vise grip plyers and use the plyers to catch the edge of the bolt head and then was able to tighten the nut so that the square part of the carriage bolt shank seated enough to remove the vice grips and finish tightening the nut. Voila, job done. As for how the wear blade performed, we have had an abnormal winter here in Idaho and there is no snow on the ground or drive way. I will have to add a comment later concerning the wear blade performance.
You have to be careful about which size you order, the "54 inch reversible" is actually made out of steel. The regular 54" version is plastic and also reversible! If you're paying close attention you'll catch the difference in the description. Unfortunately I wasn't and had to return and order the one I wanted. Fortunately Amazon is good about that but they really shouldn't be mixing different products under the same listing in the first place. The bar works well for me, perfect for light snow and slush that I need to plow without causing damage to my driveway. It isn't as effective as a steel bar on hard pack and ice so keep that in mind.A quick hint on installation - I didn't originally fit my plow blade, the holes weren't aligned. I measured the bar and it was 53 1/2" long. I realized I had it in my cold garage before trying to install so I took into the warm house for a few hours and, sure enough, it expanded back out to 53 15/16" and then fit just fine. There's a lot of thermal expansion/contraction with polyethylene (or whatever this is). Science!
I had a new driveway poured this summer, and was not looking forward to scraping across it with a metal bar, and the metal runners, so I bought this, and solved the problem. I just plowed my driveway, and not only does it do a great job, it does not make enough noise to wake the dead. Looks like it will last quite awhile, and best of all, it does not damage the new crete, or sealer.

So many uses... and the pry tool takes all the hassle out replacing them... today’s cars use them everywhere on everything and golf carts use them a lot... really nice to have em handy
I have a 2015 Polaris Sportsman 570 which these body clips fit perfectly. They match the stock clips perfectly. The tool makes removal very easy. Great kit for the price.
I bought these to replace some lost or broken ones in my Polaris SxS but they are not the same size as my originals so they will work in some places but not in others. I don't understand why they can't be made to the same size specs. But you get what you pay for.
