Well-made, stretchy and warm. I have 4 boys ages 9 to 16 and obviously they can only seem to hold onto mittens for a few days before they go missing. There must be an alternate dimension or time portal in our house filled with socks and mittens. Anyway, these are a great value, really can’t be beat. They fit all my boys, they fit me too so I can use gloves with wild abandon. What a world, what a time to be alive!
I have bought little stretch gloves like this from a number of stores over the years because I always seem to lose the right one after I take it off to do something. These are the highest quality ones I have gotten. They are thicker than I expected and have a nice long ribbed wrist piece that is often missing on stretch gloves. It was sufficiently long to tuck up under the sleeve of my coat so that my wrist wasn't cold. I wore them to walk the dogs tonight at 17 degrees and my hands stayed comfortably warm. I love that they come in a pack all the same and are reversible, as I am sure that I will gradually lose them and I can replace just the missing one from the pack without having to get a new pair.
At less than $1.08 per pair, my expectations weren't very high, but these gloves are nicer than I anticipated. We use these under work gloves to give a little extra warmth when we're working outside, but I also wear them by themselves because they're warm enough for my short commute from the train station to work but they're not bulky. Best of all, because they're so inexpensive we don't have to worry when we invariably lose one or both in our travels. We are a family of 3 women of various ages and hand sizes, and the Large size works just fine for all of us. Will definitely buy these again.

If you are a man these wont fit you. That is unless you have small, thin, fingers. Forget it! This pair should never have been listed as men/women.
these are great. keeps hands warm but I can still work my phone and get stuff done without dropping anything or getting the gloves dirty. I would buy these again.
Just as expected - not incredible quality, so they will unravel eventually after hard wear. I wouldn't recommend for work/tool use. Perfectly fine for casual wear, though, and even helped keep my hands warm pretty well.Fit my (adult male) hands just fine, they're a little stretch to accommodate most sizes.

These are thicker and much nicer than I expected. I got them for my daughter and she has long fingers and wears rings on every one. Gloves that you can get in W-mart for the same price are thin, tight and snag on rings. These will do just fine, my hands are smaller than hers and they're much too long for me!! no snagging on my rings either
These arrived a within a couple of days of ordering them. They are very warm and comfortable. They are also light weight and they fit perfect;y.
These gloves feel very soft and are comfy. It’s not too thin, which is great. It’s simple, does what it needs, nothing more, nothing less.

A new; improved take on isotoner's heritage chevron gloves; these stretchable Women's Spandex Shortie gloves incorporate smartDRI technology. Water rolls off; so your hands stay drier. This innovative technology protects against rain + snow; so you can stay outside longer. And; our shorties are...

I’m not sure what people expected when they bought a thin spandex glove. Are these snow gloves? No- but isotoners are warm and give a lot more mobility than a padded glove. However, I think these may be counterfeit. They are a bit thinner and shinier than other isotoners I own, and the stitching in the fingers is irregular- one of them is misstitched so my index finger looks bulbous. Also, the ‘smart touch’ does not work for the iPhone home button, so if you have an iPhone 7 or newer, you still have to remove your gloves to use the home button, which sort of defeats the purpose. All in all, these are a low price and I think there’s a reason for it.
I had a pair of Isotoner Spandex gloves identical to these except that they were lined. I wore them for many years as my "dressy" gloves. When they started to show signs of wear, I began to use them for my "everyday" gloves. Eventually they became so worn that they became my "chore" gloves. (hanging Christmas lights, feeding and walking the dog, etc.) A month or so ago, they finally developed a hole so large that they weren't useful anymore, so I began to search for replacements. I wasn't able to find anything remotely close in local stores, so I started looking online. I found these unlined ones, which as I stated before, look identical to the ones I had. My other ones were lined with Thinsulate. The only other lined ones I could find were fleece-lined. I knew I didn't want that. I thought I would take a chance on these. They arrived very quickly and fit really well. I had been wearing some other gloves while I was waiting for these to arrive, and I was having trouble with tasks that needed more dexterity, such as buttoning coats and hooking the dog's leash. With these Isotoner gloves, I don't have any trouble. The only reason I didn't give this product five stars is that I really wanted the Thinsulate lining. I have worn these for several days. They are fine until the temperature dips into the low 30's. Anything above that, they work great. However, on those days, my hands got a little chilly. I hope these gloves last as long as my last pair of Isotoners. So far, I love the look and feel of the gloves--just miss the lining. I would definitely recommend these if you are searching for a nice-looking glove with a snug fit to wear on cool days. However, if you need something to keep your hands warm on cold winter days, you might want to choose something else.
I ordered these because I lost my other three pairs of Isotoners when I moved and needed some warm gloves for winter driving. These are comfortable, stylish, and arrived in record time, but I wouldn't classify them as cold weather gloves. It will protect your hands from a chill in the air on those first early days of winter, but have no chance of standing up to a Midwest winter for any type of protection once January hits. I did not care for the short length of them either. I don't remember my old gloves being classified "long" or "short". I did see these were listed as "shortie" so that is on me, but I don't really care for the shorter length as a personal preference. These will do while I continue searching for my old gloves, but they aren't my favorites.

A fully waterproof shell and Prim aloft insulation make the Black Diamond Mercury Mitt a popular choice for year-round use. Four-way stretch Pretext Shield fabric and a large gauntlet keep moisture at bay and the goat leather palm with Kevlar stitching increases durability for seasons of hard...

I bought these for an upcoming ski trip to Colorado in February, so I can't revue the effectiveness of the insulation. My fingers do get numb, even at 40 degrees, so I hope they work! But I can say that my hand measurement was at the top end of small and the bottom end of medium, so I ordered the medium and they are exactly right. So if unsure, order the larger size (I guess the Chinese have smaller hands?). They appear to be very well made. It is very hard to pull the draw cord to tighten the gauntlet; I'm afraid I'll break it by forcing the adjustment. Maybe this will get better with use.Update: I wore these on a ski trip to Vail and Breckenridge, Colorado in February, when the temperature hovered around 15 degrees on the slopes. I was pleased to find they kept my hands very comfortable, except for once when my hands were cold before putting them in the mitt. Then I had to make a fist inside the mitt to get them warm, something you can't do with a glove. Lack of dexterity was no problem, since all I had to handle was the ski poles. The draw cord still doesn't help, but it was not needed. Overall, very satisfied with these mitts.
Pros- Built extremely well- Extremely warm- Can use a different liner with the shell in warmer conditions- Pretty good dexterity for mittens this bulkyCons- Used the Black Diamond measurements and the gloves are still a bit tight around my fingers.- The clips to hold the two gloves together seem to be pretty small and fragile and will probably break first- My hands tend to sweat in them if I am hiking even on days it is below 0F, breath ability could be a little betterOther Notes- Too warm for anything about 20F in my opinion unless your hands will be in the snow- I wish there were some lanyards built into the gloves although there seem to be attachment points if you wanted to make your own- Very large bulky gloves but it comes with doing what they do well
These are my perfect ski mitts. My last pair were left in the ladies' room and must have been claimed by someone else. They had kept my hands warm for 8 seasons and were still going strong. I cried for a week, and suffered nippy fingers in other mitts while skiing. I love that the liner is velcro attached and can be removed for drying. I love that they are roomy enough that I can have hand warmers next to my fingers. I love the large gauntlets so I can put them on over my jacket wrists. I love the straps where I can attach a lanyard so I don't drop them while on the lift. Never have figured out why there's a trigger finger in the inner mitt, but other than that this is the best mitten design I've ever seen. I ski a lot (47 days season of 2015/2016) at Big Sky where we get cold temps and wind and really depend on good mitts.
