I had a Dell desktop for 7years. When it quit working I decided to try a laptop. I'm very glad I choose this one. I was able to set this up and connect it to my mouse & printer with no problem. It is very easy to use. The screen is a nice size and very sharp, It's slim design is light weight but sturdy much better then my dell laptop. . It works faster than my old laptop！This laptop works exactly as expected.
Short Review: I work in IT and folks are all the time asking me to recommend a laptop in the 200 range. There isn't much in that range for Windows only (plenty of Chromebooks). Some people just need windows so I was on the quest of finding a Windows machine for a friend. After researching and after owning Chuwi tablets, I thought they would be a good option for him.I started setting up yesterday and played around with it myself today and I just say, it's probably the best value in this price range! So good in fact that I want to buy a higher priced budget laptop from them for myself!! (I need mine to do a little more than 4GBs it of Ram allows)What makes this laptop stand out?1.) Expandable Memory! This can be expanded with an M.4 SSD or microSD card (I recommend the M.4 SSD)2.) More on board memory than others in this range - This system has 64GB vs 32. A lot of computers in this range only have 32. 32GB versions won't even allow you to update windows without an external drive, and this was before installing stuff on my 32GB laptop!. This 64GB system does allow windows updates without drives (unless you have a lot of items using memory).3.) Much larger touchpadBest Use: My professional best use recommendation is to use this computer for basic web browsing, Netflix, and basic office task. It won't work well for games (basic games will work fine) or advanced photo editing. Using simple photo editing tools that simply put filters over your photos work great. For the price, there are plenty of uses for this machine and I feel it will make a great media consumption devicePros1.) Durable - Quality seems fine for the price. Expect the quality of most US Chromebooks. Plastic build, but sturdy build.2.) Nice Keyboard - The keyboard is the perfect size and feels great in hand3.) Excellent Battery Life! Depending on use it can last 5 - 8 hours during my testing. Remember, some task use more batteries than others. My use has been mixed use so videos, internet, office apps and so on.4.) Great Screen - For the price, I don't believe you will find a better screen. The screen is better than I've seen on a lot of name brand machines5.) Windows Preinstalled - A lot of budget laptops will be running Chrome OS (Chromebooks) or Linux. Nothing wrong with those systems but if you need windows it's here!6.) Thin and easy to toss in a bag!7.) Open Office works great on this machine! Open office is an alternative Microsoft Office. Check it out!8.) Customer service has always been top notch here. I've used them before for tablets!Cons1.) Only 4GB of Ram. While basic task work great, this will prevent some advanced task like video editing and that type of stuff, but no laptop in this price range can do that!2.) Bloatware - This does have a little Windows bloatware on it, but easy to delete. Mostly games like candy rushOverall - I'm happy with this, my friend is happy with this and so far no issues whatsoever! Just remember, it is a budget laptop but for a lot of folks, that's all they need.I'm so happy in fact that I'm looking into one of their higher priced machines for myself! Maybe their Surface Alternative!
Got this laptop because mines broke and didn’t really want to spend the money for a new one..So I went the cheaper route..I’ve never heard of the brand so I was a little nervous about buying it, but took the chance anyway..So far so good.. it moves faster than my last laptop which was an HP.. it’s supper light weight, hold an battery for an extremely long time..
