Pros. Very sturdy well built steel frame. But not aluminum as advertised.Cons. The face cradle is a very thin plastic and easily broken. And it arrived broke of course. With a sturdy face cradle, it would be great. Seller would not answer about a replacement. So it is being returned. Not made from aircraft aluminum as advertised.
The product overall seems decent- considering the price, the level of padding is acceptable, the chair sits squarely on the floor so I can work without it wobbling, and most of the cushions feel firmly attached. There are 2 major issues I'm concerned about. Firstly, the product arrived (mostly assembled, quite convenient) inside flimsy bubble wrap inside it's carry case, which feels about as sturdy as the ones for my high-quality massage tables. However, the wooden face support, with Velcro on which to rest the face cushion, was folded over it's metal support bar and dumped into the bottom of the box with no additional packing material, so it was cracked completely up the center, where the wood was obviously pushed unevenly into the metal during shipping (see attached photos). This essentially makes the whole thing unuseable, as much of the work I was intending to do in the chair was neck work, for those who have such a severe issue in their cervical or upper thoracic regions as to be unable to lay comfortably on a table. This work requires nice, sturdy support of the face and head to provide resistance against the pressure I am using, and any degree of therapeutic pressure against this cracked wood makes it crack more. I've reached out to customer service, and will happily update my review if they can make my chair useable again by replacing the face support. The second issue that I have is the quality of the face support mechanism. The face support segment is a metal rod with a hinged wooden face pillow support, like all these chairs have, but this one seems poorly designed. The metal rod slips into a square tube and can be moved up and down to accommodate different heights, but the only mechanism for keeping it in place is a long strip of Velcro (the soft side, not the hooks side) adhered to the front of the metal rod to provide traction. The whole thing slides around very easily and I'm not confident it will stay in place while I'm working. I fear the Velcro strip will probably wear down over time and become even less effective, but I'll have to wait and see. The size of the square tube is also sightly too large for the rod you're inserting, so the face support does wobble unpleasantly. I wish there had been a locking lever like there usually is to keep parts of a massage apparatus in place. It would have been much sturdier.Let's see how customer service responds. If they replace my face support, I'll say overall the product is definitely useable and therefore great value for the money spent. And maybe after a few more test runs (I'll be taking the chair to a senior spa day this weekend and giving it a real workout- I expect to give upwards of 30 massages on it in one day) I'll find it's sturdier than it seems. Will update as things play out...
Do not buy this chair! The zipper to the bag it came it was broken upon arrival. As soon as I set it up two screws fell off of it. The legs are not adjustable, when I sit in it my legs do not touch the leg rest. You get what you pay for. I have asked for a refund, the product seller replied to me once about the refund and has yet to reimbursed the refund and it’s been 2 months since I have gotten the chair.

The massage chair specially design for professional, Perfect for homes and offices. I am a massage therapist and purchased this chair for an "extra." This page lists the chair as: "Capacity: 700 LB static, 300 LB working." THIS IS NOT ACCURATE!The paperwork that comes with chair lists 250 pounds max. I am under 200 pounds and after sitting on the chair I can tell you that it's extremely uncomfortable and the seat is wobly. And yes, everything was adjusted and tightened properly.I would not trust putting clients on this chair. It's like almost cardboard or particle board on the bottom of the vinyl covered seat.I read the reviews and went for it anyway. Bad idea! Now I was denied a return because I was past the return deadline a few days! This chair is no good. Please save your money.
Chair seems nice and sturdy, however there is some SERIOUS FALSE ADVERTISING HERE! The product details online say it holds 700 lb static/300 lb working, but the sheet that comes w/ the chair says it only holds 250 lb! PLEASE CHANGE DETAILS TO REFLECT YOUR ACTUAL PRODUCT!!!!!!!
I bought this chair a few weeks back since I'm doing an apprenticeship and I wanted my own chair to practice with. I take mine to a resort twice a week and into the studio when it's slow to practice on the other technicians. It's super stiff when you're setting it up- which I like since it adds an element of sturdiness that helps me relax while I perform the massages. It was easy to assemble, the carrying bag is super durable, and the height adjustments and head rest adjustments are easy to navigate. Just buy it, it's honestly perfect!

Sturdy bed. Definitely recommend it. Also, I recommend that the instructions for assembly be updated. Make sure the rod goes through the hinge hole. I noticed people were a bit confused (rightfully so) on the assembly, and some clients have been hurt. See the picture of the final assembly step.
Bought it for tattooing. What a nightmare. It’s way to tall to use unless you plan on standing up while tattooing. I had to pay to have the legs cut off 6 inches and rewelded. Went to use it and put Saran Wrap on it like I have every other chair I’ve owned. The Saran Wrap actually adhered to the upholstery. Nothing removed it so now I’m basically faced with having to use a solvent which will destroy the upholstery. This is a great chair for a massage but don’t buy it for tattooing.
2nd UPDATE: Found out the bed I originally received is not the manufacturer’s fault at all. AMAZON sent me the wrong bed from another supplier. So I returned that bed and ordered this bed directly from Best Choice Products. I’m so much happier now! UPDATE! THE BACK OF THE BED JUST FELL WITH MY CLIENT ON IT! I’M TRYING NOW TO RETURN IT! WAITING TO HEAR FROM MANUFACTURER. Not the same material as my Co-worker’s bed, which is suppose to be the same, or in the photo they show. It’s suppose to be shiny, but is a matte black. It’s also much smaller! In fact, it’s totally different than my co-workers bed, but ordered the same part number. It came with NO instructions at all. I had a photo of my co-workers bed, so my husband used the photo to put it together. I’m disappointed. The quality isn’t the same.

I am loving it so far. The head peace isn't super comfortable for lashing but putting a pillow does the trick.
There isn't a thing I like about this chair. It looks very cheap. The fabric is so loose fitting it is wrinkly. The head pillow that is suppose to fit snugly into the slot, barely stays in the slot. It actually falls out with movement, which will be a problem. The chair looks unprofessional. I will not use it in my salon and have decided to do more research and order a more expensive chair. If you are wanting to put together a comfortable, professional looking salon, don't waste your money on this chair. It's not worth the risk or the problems of saving a few dollars.
Better than I thought it would be. My client sat in the chair for 3 hours while getting a tattoo and never complained about the comfort. In fact, she enjoyed it. When clients are comfortable, tattooing is so much easier for everyone involved.
