First off, it has been mentioned before, so I knew what I was getting, but I have to mention again that the color is called "red" but the case is pink. The case is very attractive with kind of a "metallic" sheen to it. The lock is a nice feature, but I doubt it will get much use from me. The zippers are quality. They zip and unzip very smoothly. The case is very well padded and it fits my Kala KA15 soprano ukulele like a glove. A snug glove. I can pick up the case without closing it and the uke won't fall out. There is a space for accoutrements but it is not covered. They have included a little bag that seems to work for holding my stuff. The uke neck holds the little bag in place. The case doesn't want to stay open on its own. I am working to "break" the spine a bit so it will stay open and not shut on me and my instrument while I am prying it from its super snug space. The "crossrock" sticker label on the outside of the case is total junk and won't stay stuck. I plan to replace it with some personalization. Not sure what yet.All in all, this is a very nice case that I would recommend and I would buy again.
These cases are attractive and give your instrument a good amount of protection, but the case is not as sturdy as it appears. The protection mostly comes from the 1 inch layer of styrofoam inside the case. My case accidentally slid off my shelf (fortunately without the instrument inside) and landed on the front end. The 3 foot drop to the wood floor cracked the plastic open. The plastic is very thin and maybe takes the edge off of bumps, but I was really surprised about how easily it cracked and the case is now useless. Other plastic-shell cases that I own seem to have a thicker sturdier outer shell.
The color is definitely pink, not red, but it's a good color. The case is well made and is very sturdy. The handle is comfortable. My little soprano uke fits perfectly inside with room to spare. I wish the little alcove for tuner, extra strings, etc., was covered, but I will try to fashion a cover for it so the stuff doesn't bounce around (they included a little black bag to hold all your extra stuff). I think this is the perfect case if you want to protect your uke as you travel around. It even locks but I haven't figured out how to use it yet. This case is so much better than a soft canvas bag if you take your uke with you in your travels.

This case is so beautiful it far exceeded my expectations and is an absolute bargain and incredibly high-quality. The white fur on the inside has a beautiful pearl-like sheen, and the outside of the case has a beautiful champagne color with a matching handle. It's extremely rugged with five we'll build clasps, one locking. This thing could fall off the back of a truck onto a highway and survive. It comes with loops to attach a strap. If you look at the photos you'll notice I have a single strap on it but it is designed to take two so it can be worn like a backpack. Note that the decor did not come with it!!!
First, let me say that I like this case. It is very sturdy and will protect my Tenor Kanile very well. In fact, it fits perfectly in this case.Like others have noted, when I opened the case for the first time I was assaulted by the strong chemical smell from the glue. Mostly because the glue hasn't totally set up and the foam. I'll air it out before putting my uke in it.The case was hastily made and there were areas of uncovered glue on the interior sides. Some of which were where the plush padding was fitted too low. I think rubber cement thinner or Goof Off will remove the glue. I am not a big fan of plush. It hides too many flaws and this case is no exception. The biggest problem is with the fit of the center storage compartment/neck support. The foam sides weren't seated properly they are about a half inch too high. While the inner piece that makes a lip for the top of the compartment is higher still. Resulting in the lid sitting too high when closed. So the rivet holding the pull tab to open the lid may dig into the neck of the ukulele. Fortunately, the neck of my Kanile is thin so I can easily run the strap underneath the neck to protect it. I'd be concerned about my Pono's thicker neck. The case came with TWO padded straps that attach to a single ring on the back, and a ring on each side to form an inverted "V" backpack-like configuration. Handy if you also have to hump some music, a stand and a chair for a gig.I have read a couple of comments about the five closure latches that hold the case shut are a pain. I think they are easier and quicker than a zipper that runs around a case. All of mine are tight. The lid's fit is fine. There is also a separate strip of plush foam to put under the bottom of your uke if it's short. The Kanile doesn't need it.All in all, a fine case. The shell is excellent. I'd give it 4 stars because of the poor fitting of the interior foam pieces and having to clean off exposed glue.UPDATE: It has been three weeks since I've been airing out the case and it still stinks. I put my ukulele in it for a day and my uke now smells like chemicals! Not good. I understand that out-gassing is an issue, but it should not be this bad. Downgrade to 4-stars.
The cover of the compartment had a lot of extra fabric on the sides which makes it impossible to close without carefully tucking in the sides. The handle isn't the same color as the shell of the case like it is depicted in the picture, instead it's a bright tacky red. (Update: this red is actually growing on me, but I still wish it were darker like the shell)The handle had some glue residue on it.Some of the buckles had glue on them. The lining in the body area had some glue on it and got on my ukulele. Thankfully I was able to rub it off, but WTF Crossrock?!

Note that I JUST received the case in the mail so this is a review on the construction and not length of use. It's a better quality than I anticipated. The color is rich and it is oh, so shiny. I have a Kamoa ukulele and since the Kamoa company stopped making their fiberglass cases I had to search. I couldn't find enough reviews on this case so I basically just took a chance. Actually it was kinda my only option but it seems like this is gonna work. The handle is very sturdy and made of some pleather stuff. What I don't think you can tell from the photos is that there are feet not only on the back but on the side AND bottom! That was a happy surprise. There was some brown gunk around almost every fixture and edge but it wipes off so I'm assuming it's some sort of protective sealant. The inside isn't gray but dark red. Pretty but I wanted gray so my red uke stood out. :)My Kamoa soprano barely fits and definitely teeters but once the lid is shut it's pretty safe inside. Yeah, I jiggled it.I think that's about it for now. I was not looking to spend this money on a crappy useless case so time will tell if it stands up. Standby.
The build quality of this case is solid, and hugs my Kala KA-SLNG Long Neck Soprano ukulele perfectly. The interior dimensions of the case seem right on, and I was relieved that my uke fit (as the manufacturers dimensions would lead me to believe). The case also has a small footprint (which, granted, is the case with most ukulele cases; but not all). I'd definitely recommend this case.
The description doesn't say so but it comes with a padded shoulder strap. I asked the seller before ordering just to make sure and they responded in a very timely manner. I ordered it right away and it arrived within the week. It's extremely sturdy and the inside is actually a very luscious red (It looked pink from the picture). Inside compartment is perfect for my tuner and mini-chord stamp & stamp pad.I've gotten so many compliments and jealous eyeballs on it wherever I've gone with it slung over my shoulder. Even non-ukers love it. 🙂 I highly recommend the case and the seller! Thanks, Fato 🙂

WOW! Okay I've never left a review before but this case was super cute, fit my ukelele perfectly, the pocket is super convenient, the backpack is SO cute and comfortable. The package arrived a MONTH in advance and was in perfect condition. The material is durable and for a great price. Super awesome quality, super awesome overall. 10/10 would recommend.
I haven't used it yet, just got it today. Seems very well made. I was afraid it would not fit my Oscar Schmidt concert Uke but it did. I had to take off the tuner (totally ok). It fits very snugly and I think it's has nice padding. They even included a cute little bag which is very nice, I can get my business card, capo, etc. into it. And they included a note too, that was very sweet. I like that it has backpack straps on it. Has a nice large outer pocket, my strap fit into with room to spare. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is I wish the company made cool patterns, like the old Phitz bags. I'let you know how it works on a gig. But I seems to be a nice replacement for my hard case in situations where I don't need that. I just need to bling it up and make it mine!!
I have a Lanikai concert ukelele. It fits it perfectly. This case is lightweight and great for taking my uke around town, just walking around. I can fit my cell phone, a small wallet, and a tuner in the outside pocket. I really like that it has that loop on the top ... I installed a coat hook on my wall specifically because of that, and now I've got a place to hang my ukelele. I also send up carrying the ukelele around by that loop sometimes. I like that this has a distressed, home-style look ... it doesn't look so corporate like some of the cases ... and it doesn't look too dorky like some of them with garish printed images, trying too hard to look cool, or to make a statement, I think. This one is just right.Added note: I like playing my uke while I'm walking around town, and when I do that, I fold this case in half and stuff it in my regular backpack. That works great, and that's something you can't do with a hard-shell case. Of course, this doesn't provide as much protection as a hard shell case. I bought a hard shell case (Gator Journeyman Series GW-JM UKE-CON Wooden Concert Ukulele Case) when I brought the uke on a trans-atlantic flight, and I'm so glad I did. However, that case is heavy and not ideal for just walking around town with the uke. So ... I've got one uke and 2 different cases for it. Works for me! https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00GN5NVZ2/
